Walchem Controller Copper/Nickel Sensors

Walchem offers copper nickel sensors in conjunction with our on-line analyzers in a variety of applications including electroless copper or nickel baths, microetch baths, and a number of other chemical solutions that contain more than 0.10 grams/liter (g/L) of copper or nickel metal.

In each type – copper detection sensor and nickel detection sensor – we offer flow-through sensors for out-of-tank monitoring of solutions. Additionally, we offer immersible copper sensors for direct in-tank monitoring. Each sensor type has its specified ranges in terms of ion detection, resolution, and accuracy.
