The Grundfos SMART Digital dosing range is the industry’s leader in accurate, reliable chemical dosing. These pumps feature precise variable-speed stepper motors, a turndown ratio of up to 3,000:1, and other SMART components. This allows you to optimize the treatment process with smooth, continuous dosing, and automatically purge air from the system, preventing vapor lock, loss of prime, and treatment issues. Additionally, the DDA variants feature the FlowControl system, which will detect leaks, cavitation and other faults in the dosing process, with the pump acting as a systems diagnostics expert.

DDA

The DDA is the most advanced Digital Dosing pump available today. Its impressive intelligence and decision making capabilities go beyond any existing metering pump technology in the market. From 0.0007 to 8.0 GPH and 232 to 60 psi.

DDA AR

Can be controlled manually using the local controls, or in several remote automatic control options. The scalable analog input allows for easy setup and best accuracy throughout the entire adjustable range, down 1/3000 (or 1/1000) of full speed.

DDA FCM

Has all the the functionality of the AR verision, but features a sensor that measures pressure and verifies flow. The pump can not only diagnose and display flow conditions but also attempt to correct errors and maintain accuracy in changing conditions.

DDE

All SMART Digital pumps feature variable speed stepper motors and always operate at 100% stroke length. The DDE offers access to this technology with a simple logarithmic control knob to set the feed rate between 0.01 and 100% of capacity. From 0.0015 to 4.0 GPH and 150 to 60 psi.
