Graco EP2 & EP3 Series Peristaltic Pump Advantages

These pumps utilize a single, oversized roller that compresses low friction hose through a full 360° rotation. High-performance, electrically-driven Graco hose pumps deliver more flow per revolution than conventional designs. Durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel casings and nitrile elastomer materials ensure that these pumps can withstand even the toughest pumping challenges. Graco peristaltic pumps feature no valves, seals or glands, and offer a removable cover, making for easy and inexpensive maintenance processes. Graco pumps are reversible and can be used to empty lines and clear blockages during heavy-duty applications.

Why Choose a Peristaltic Pump?

Peristaltic pumps are known for their versatility and provide a single solution for pumping fluids, slurries, chemicals and most liquids. These pumps rely on two pressing shoes that create a vacuum to steadily draw pumped liquid into the hose. The hose rotation speed can be adjusted to meter or dose fluids. The positioning of each shoe in the pump maintains pressure within the pump to prevent backflow. The enclosed pump prevents fluids from contacting any other part of the pump outside of the inner surface hose, tube and connectors, making it popular for transferring chemicals in mining and water treatment applications.
Your peristaltic pump should feature the correct capacity, piping material and flow rate to meet your application needs. If you are not sure which model is best for your application, our friendly and knowledgeable customer service team can help you select the right pump for your unique needs.

Graco EP2 & EP3 Hose Pump Features
