Now Available from Pumping Solutions: Gusher Pumps
Pumping Solutions is excited to announce that we are expanding our pump offerings with Gusher Pumps, giving our customers even more options for dependable industrial fluid handling.
For more than 100 years, Gusher has manufactured centrifugal pumps designed to meet a wide range of industrial and process requirements. Their product lineup includes vertical, horizontal, self-priming, vortex, multi-stage, and other specialized pump designs, with options available to accommodate different flow requirements, materials, installation configurations, and operating conditions.
Pumping Solutions can now help customers source Gusher vertical pumps, horizontal pumps, and tank units, with Gusher pump repair services coming soon.
Built for Demanding Industrial Applications
Selecting the right pump is about more than achieving a required flow rate. Pump construction, installation requirements, fluid characteristics, solids handling, temperature, pressure, and maintenance demands can all influence which pump is best suited for an application.
Gusher offers a diverse range of pump designs that can be configured for applications throughout water and wastewater treatment, cooling systems, chemical processing, filtration, industrial sumps, machine-tool coolant systems, parts washers, paint systems, transfer systems, and other industrial processes.
This variety allows customers to select equipment based on the actual demands of their system rather than trying to make a single pump design work for every application.
Gusher Vertical Pumps
Gusher vertical pumps are designed for applications where the pump must operate in or above a tank, sump, or other fluid reservoir. Depending on the series and configuration, Gusher offers extended lengths, multiple mounting options, different construction materials, and designs capable of handling solids and challenging fluids.
For example, the 7800 Series Vertical Pumps feature a one-piece shaft, renewable shaft sleeves and bushings, run-dry capability, and a sealless design that eliminates the mechanical seal and its associated maintenance. The series is commonly used for cooling equipment, wastewater and water purification, industrial sumps, parts washers, spray booths, and paint systems.
Gusher's broader vertical pump lineup also includes heavy-duty, vortex, multi-stage, molten-metal, and other specialized configurations, providing options for everything from general fluid transfer to more demanding solids-handling and high-temperature applications.
Gusher Horizontal Pumps
For applications better suited to an externally mounted pump, Gusher's horizontal pump lineup provides solutions for a broad range of industrial and process systems.
Available designs include ANSI, close-coupled, DIN, self-priming, 7800 Series, and other horizontal configurations. Depending on the series, these pumps can be used for oil processes, pulp and paper, wastewater, water purification, filtration, cooling systems, industrial sumps, paint systems, and general fluid transfer.
Gusher's 7071 Series ANSI pumps, for example, offer capacities up to 5,000 GPM and heads up to 700 ft. TDH, with heavy-duty shafts and bearings and multiple material options for demanding industrial applications.
Gusher Tank Units
Pumping Solutions will also be able to supply Gusher tank units, expanding the options available for customers who need a more complete pumping solution rather than an individual pump.
Gusher's machine-tool tank units can be paired with its pump designs to support coolant and fluid-management applications. These systems are particularly useful where the pump, reservoir, and related components need to work together as an integrated system. Gusher maintains tank units among its available machine-tool and coolant-system products.
Gusher Pump Repair Services Coming Soon
Supplying the right pump is only one part of keeping an industrial system operating reliably. Pumping Solutions is also working toward offering repair capabilities for Gusher pumps, allowing us to provide additional support throughout the equipment's service life.
Once available, this will give customers another resource for maintaining their Gusher equipment and addressing wear or performance issues without having to navigate the repair process alone. Gusher also supports its equipment with replacement components and repair parts such as bearings, gaskets, sleeves, and bushings.
